SongBrief Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SongBrief handles information when you use the app and related legal pages.

1. SongBriefが扱う情報
ユーザーがiOSのメディアライブラリ権限を許可した場合、SongBriefは端末上の音楽ライブラリから統計表示に必要なメタデータを読み取ります。これには、曲名、アーティスト名、アルバム名、ジャンル、再生回数、スキップ回数、最後に再生した日、再生時間、アートワーク、プレイリスト情報、端末上で利用可能な歌詞情報などが含まれる場合があります。
アプリの設定、表示テーマ、言語、アプリロック設定、非表示条件、キャッシュ、一日ごとの記録などは、主に端末内に保存されます。SongBriefは、音楽ライブラリの詳細情報をSongBrief開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信しません。
2. 利用目的
- 再生回数、スキップ回数、聴取時間、ランキング、傾向、リキャップなどの統計を表示するため
- 曲、アーティスト、アルバム、プレイリストの詳細表示と検索を提供するため
- 再生、一時停止、スキップなどの再生操作を行うため
- CSVやJSONなどのエクスポート機能を提供するため
- 広告表示、広告品質の確認、利用状況の把握、クラッシュや不具合の改善を行うため
3. 広告と解析
広告が有効なビルドでは、SongBriefはGoogle AdMobを使用して控えめな広告枠を表示する場合があります。また、Firebase Analyticsを使用して、アプリの基本的な利用状況、広告表示、広告収益の集計に必要な情報を処理する場合があります。AdMobとFirebaseを連携している場合、広告表示や広告収益に関するデータがGoogleのサービス間で処理されます。
SongBriefは、曲名、アーティスト名、アルバム名、歌詞、プレイリスト名、再生履歴、音楽ライブラリ内の識別子などを、広告リクエストや解析イベントに含めません。解析イベントは、アプリ起動、画面表示、更新操作、再生操作の種類など、アプリの動作改善に必要な範囲に限定します。
Googleは、広告配信、制限付き広告、広告品質確認、不正利用防止、解析のために、端末情報、広告識別子、IPアドレス、アプリ利用状況、広告表示ごとの収益情報などを処理する場合があります。地域や設定により、Googleの同意メッセージやiOSのトラッキング許可ダイアログが表示される場合があります。
4. 保存と送信
音楽ライブラリの統計、日次の記録、非表示条件、キャッシュなどは、主に端末内のストレージに保存されます。ユーザーはアプリ内の設定から、キャッシュや履歴を削除できます。日次の記録を保存しない設定にした場合、履歴に基づく傾向表示やリキャップなどの機能は利用できない場合があります。
広告や解析が有効な場合、FirebaseおよびAdMobの動作に必要なデータはGoogleへ送信されます。ただし、SongBriefは音楽ライブラリの詳細情報を広告や解析のイベントとして送信しません。
この法務ページはCloudflare Pagesで配信します。移行期間中はGitHub Pagesでも参照できる場合があります。Webページにアクセスした場合、CloudflareまたはGitHubが、セキュリティ、配信、ログ管理のために標準的なアクセス情報を処理する場合があります。
5. 権限と同意の管理
音楽ライブラリへのアクセス権限は、iOSの設定からいつでも変更できます。権限を取り消すと、SongBriefは実際の音楽ライブラリ統計を読み取れなくなります。広告やトラッキングに関する同意は、アプリ内の表示、iOSの設定、またはGoogleが提供する同意管理の仕組みから変更できる場合があります。
6. 第三者提供
SongBriefは、ユーザーの音楽ライブラリ情報を販売しません。また、曲名や再生履歴などの音楽ライブラリの詳細を、広告ターゲティング目的で第三者に共有しません。Googleが処理する広告・解析関連データについては、Googleのポリシーが適用されます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
SongBriefは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
8. 変更
SongBriefの機能、広告や解析の利用状況、データの取り扱いが変更された場合、このポリシーを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、合理的な方法で通知します。

Privacy Policy
1. Information SongBrief Handles
When you grant iOS media library permission, SongBrief reads music library metadata on your device to display statistics. This may include track titles, artist names, album names, genres, play counts, skip counts, last played dates, duration, artwork, playlist information, and lyrics information available on the device.
App preferences, theme, language, app lock settings, hidden filters, caches, and daily records are primarily stored on your device. SongBrief does not send detailed music library information to servers operated by the SongBrief developer.
2. Purposes of Use
- To display statistics such as play counts, skip counts, listening time, rankings, trends, and recaps.
- To provide details and search for tracks, artists, albums, and playlists.
- To provide playback controls such as play, pause, and skip.
- To provide export features such as CSV and JSON.
- To show ads, measure ad quality, understand app usage, and improve crashes or defects.
3. Ads and Analytics
In builds where ads are enabled, SongBrief may use Google AdMob to show subtle ad placements. SongBrief may also use Firebase Analytics to process basic app usage, ad impressions, and information needed to aggregate ad revenue. When AdMob and Firebase are linked, data related to ad impressions and ad revenue may be processed across Google's services.
SongBrief does not include track titles, artist names, album names, lyrics, playlist names, listening history, or music library identifiers in ad requests or analytics events. Analytics events are limited to information needed to improve the app, such as app opens, screen views, refresh actions, and playback control types.
Google may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app usage, and impression-level ad revenue information for ad delivery, limited ads, ad quality, fraud prevention, and analytics. Depending on your region and settings, Google's consent messages or the iOS tracking permission dialog may be displayed.
4. Storage and Transmission
Music library statistics, daily records, hidden filters, and caches are primarily stored on your device. You can delete caches and history from the app settings. If daily record saving is disabled, history- based features such as trends and recaps may not be available.
When ads or analytics are enabled, data required by Firebase and AdMob is sent to Google. SongBrief does not send detailed music library information as ad or analytics events.
This legal website is served by Cloudflare Pages. During migration, it may also be available through GitHub Pages. When you visit these pages, Cloudflare or GitHub may process standard access information for security, delivery, and logging purposes.
5. Managing Permissions and Consent
You can change music library permission at any time in iOS Settings. If permission is revoked, SongBrief will no longer be able to read your actual music library statistics. Advertising or tracking consent may be managed through in-app prompts, iOS Settings, or consent tools provided by Google when available.
6. Third-Party Sharing
SongBrief does not sell your music library information. SongBrief does not share music library details such as track titles or listening history with third parties for ad targeting. Google's policies apply to ad and analytics data processed by Google.
7. Children's Privacy
SongBrief is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if SongBrief's features, ads, analytics, or data practices change. For material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means.
