SongBrief Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using SongBrief.
この利用規約は、SongBriefを利用する際の基本的な条件を定めるものです。
利用規約
1. 適用
この利用規約は、SongBriefアプリおよび関連するWebページの利用に適用されます。SongBriefを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービス内容
SongBriefは、iOSの音楽ライブラリから取得できるメタデータをもとに、再生回数、スキップ回数、最近再生した曲、アーティストやアルバムのランキング、日次の記録、リキャップなどを表示するアプリです。SongBriefは、Apple Inc.、Apple Music、Spotify、Amazon Music、その他の音楽配信サービスと提携または承認されたものではありません。
3. 利用条件
- ユーザーは、適用される法令、App Storeの規約、その他関連する条件に従ってSongBriefを利用するものとします。
- SongBriefを不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、権利侵害、違法な目的で利用してはなりません。
- 音楽ライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーがiOS上で許可した場合にのみ行われます。
- エクスポート、共有、スクリーンショット等で外部に出力した情報の取り扱いは、ユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。
4. 広告と有料機能
SongBriefは、無料版に控えめな広告を表示する場合があります。現在、アプリ内課金によるプレミアム購入機能は利用者向けには提供していません。将来、広告非表示などの有料機能を提供する場合、購入、返金、復元、課金処理はApp Storeの規約と仕組みに従います。広告表示や有料機能の内容は、アプリのバージョンや提供地域により変更される場合があります。
5. データと正確性
SongBriefが表示する統計は、iOSが提供するメディアライブラリ情報と、アプリが端末内に保存した記録に基づきます。再生回数、スキップ回数、最後に再生した日、ランキング、傾向、予測、リキャップなどの完全性、正確性、最新性を保証するものではありません。バックグラウンドでの記録はOSの判断に左右されるため、毎日必ず実行されるとは限りません。
6. 知的財産
SongBriefの名称、UI、コード、文書、その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。ユーザーの音楽ファイル、曲名、アーティスト名、アルバム名、アートワーク、歌詞などに関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
7. 免責
SongBriefは現状有姿で提供されます。アプリの中断、エラー、表示データの不正確さ、端末やOSの仕様変更、第三者サービスの変更、広告配信の変更により生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
8. 変更と終了
SongBriefの機能、提供内容、本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、合理的な方法で通知します。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則を除き、日本法に従って解釈されます。ただし、ユーザーが居住する地域の強行法規により認められる権利は制限されません。

Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the SongBrief app and related web pages. By using SongBrief, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
SongBrief displays music library statistics such as play counts, skip counts, recently played tracks, artist and album rankings, daily records, and recaps based on metadata available from the iOS music library. SongBrief is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc., Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, or any other music streaming service.
3. Conditions of Use
- You must use SongBrief in compliance with applicable laws, App Store terms, and other relevant rules.
- You must not use SongBrief for unauthorized access, reverse engineering, infringement, or unlawful purposes.
- Access to your music library occurs only when you grant permission through iOS.
- You are responsible for how you handle information exported or shared from SongBrief.
4. Ads and Paid Features
SongBrief may show subtle ads in the free version. In-app premium purchases are not currently offered to users. If SongBrief introduces paid features such as ad removal in the future, purchase, refund, restore, and billing handling will follow the App Store's terms and mechanisms. Ads and paid features may change by app version or region.
5. Data and Accuracy
SongBrief's statistics are based on media library information provided by iOS and records stored locally by the app. We do not guarantee that play counts, skip counts, last played dates, rankings, trends, predictions, or recaps are complete, accurate, or current. Background records depend on operating system scheduling and may not run every day.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in the SongBrief name, interface, code, documents, and related content belong to their respective rights holders. Rights in your music files, track names, artist names, album names, artwork, lyrics, and related content belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Disclaimers
SongBrief is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages caused by interruptions, errors, inaccurate displayed data, device or operating system changes, third-party service changes, or ad delivery changes.
8. Changes and Termination
SongBrief's features, availability, and these Terms may change as needed. For material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence are not limited by these Terms.
